EP 1000

Advantages:

  • Base: Pure Epoxy
  • Installation temperature from +5°C and a service temperature up to 72°C.
  • High chemical resistance for applications in extreme ambiences e.g. in swimming pools (chlorine) or closeness to the sea (salt).
  • With Seismic C1+C2 ETA approval

Applications:

  • Hammer drilled holes.
  • Cracked and uncracked concrete.
  • Seismic ETA C1 and C2.
  • Hollow drill bit.

Performance:

  • High Performance (Mechanical and thermal properties).

Resistance:

  • Fire Resistance & Chemical Resistance

  • European Assessment acc. to EAD 330499-01-0601 (Option 1, Annex E – TR 049, Seismic C1 and C2): ETA-19/0201 (M8-M30, ø8-32, C1+C2 M12-M24).

C-RE 385

Advantages:

  • Base: Epoxy Resins.
  • Installation temperature from +5°C and a service temperature up to 72°C
  • High chemical resistance for Epoxy Resins applications in extreme ambiences e.g. in swimming pools (chlorine) or closeness to the sea (salt).

Applications:

  • Preferably for anchoring reinforcing bars in concrete.
  • Ability to use in damp and water filled drill holes.
  • Usable in percussion drilled and diamond drilled holes.

Performance:

  • High Performance (Mechanical and thermal properties).

Resistance:

  • (Threaded rod) in hammer-drilled holes& Chemical Resistance.

Approvals:

  • European approval acc. to TR 029 in concrete Opt 1+7: ETA-09/0006 (M8-M30; ø8-32) incl. C1 + C2 Seismic.
  • European approval acc. to TR 029 in concrete (Diamond) Opt 7: ETA-11/0398 (M10-M24).
  • European approval acc. to TR 023 (rebar): ETA-12/0395 Rebar (Ø8-40), including Diamond drilled.

VK (Vinyl Ester)

Advantages:

  • Base: Vinyl ester resin, styrene-free.
  • Designed especially for the anchoring of threaded rods, reinforcing bars or internal threaded rod sleeves into concrete (also porous and light) as well as masonry.
  • Huge range of applications.
  • High chemical resistance for applications in extreme ambiences e.g. in swimming pools (chlorine) or in closeness to the sea (salt) with Category C1 (For seismic action). So it could be used in tropical climate.

Applications:

  • Particularly for heavy duty fastenings using threaded studs and reinforcing bars in concrete.
  • Usable in damp and water filled drill holes.

Performance:

  • Premium (Mechanical & Thermal properties and Chemical resistance).

Resistance:

  • Fire Resistance& Chemical Resistance.

Approvals:

  • European Technical Assessment acc. to ETAG 029 for use in masonry: ETA-16/0701 (15 international stones / 7 sleeves).
  • European Technical Assessment acc. to ETAG 001-5 for use concrete: ETA-08/0237 option 1+7 (M8-M30), including seismic.
